Sunburst

This beautiful exotic sun kissed lotus (Nelumbo Perry’s Giant Sunburst)  has flowered by my favourite seat in Harlow Carr, a hot favourite with the azure damsel flies, (but no extras today). I love how it glows in the sunlight - could have been back in Vietnam!  I went with my friend Jayne, and, as we  lay, shaded, on the grass ,I  looked up at the sky and saw what I thought was a rainbow -  it was a corona around the sun.
