Damson tree

The Damson is blossoming! We planted this young tree about eighteen months ago and it is so good to see how many flowers it has this year. Hopefully we may get our first fruit?!!

Another fine day. T is nearly recovered but J is not so well although he carries on working. He is going back to Cornwall for the w/e so hopefully the rest will do him good. Poor N was really bad yesterday but feels a little better to day and probably overdoing it. He has no immune system because of the medication he takes so he has to be extra careful. I seem to carry on as normal - fingers crossed!

The Aga man eventually turned up after giving us a miss yesterday and now we have a warm kitchen again and something proper to cook on and a clothes dryer!

Oh, and I forgot to say, I saw my first swallows yesterday!
