Been A Long Time

Since Autumn

Bit of a lazy Blip as I had a full day - in work early and as I was alone (so terribly alone) I was fielding telephone calls and emails for the team. Had a bit of success with that and was feeling pretty good. And then I had some more success when I got a phone call about a little REXX application I'd written. The guy on the phone wanted to have a chat about it and could we meet? Normally I would have scheduled something for when one of my colleagues could go with me, but today I said "I'll come right over and we can go through what you need".

I went, we had a great little chat and I got some requirements for the new functionality. Went back to my desk and fiddled around with my code and got the first half of the requirements working and tested. The second half, I've got a plan of attack and that can be tomorrow morning's job. Feeling pretty pleased with myself at the moment.
