Fun S2K Day

Last Wednesday we were in tears as my daughter's Silverstone S2000 track car had failed the MOT because of rust on the rear arches and sills. Today we were all smiles, we think we've found a bodyshop guy who can get it back on the road without breaking the bank. He's charming, knowledgeable, has worked on S2000s before and is very easy on the eye . We went to his premises first in our best S2000s. (Above) Though near the M11 Birchanger junction, it's in lovely countryside. 

Afterwards I took my daughter to the nursery to collect her Silverstone from our southerly Nissen hut. When we arrived back at the bodyshop he came out to meet us, said it was like The Fast & The Furious and drove off in her car with brio. :) We've really enjoyed our day.
