Aerial Pool

It’s our 42nd Wedding Anniversary today so we decide to celebrate in Dallas for a change. David booked an overnight stay at a posh hotel called “The Joule” with a luxurious Spa, where we enjoyed a massage followed by a wallow in the heated jacuzzi with a glass of champagne.
Afterwards we enjoyed the very unusual swimming pool, where this photo was taken - it is on the 10th floor of the hotel and it cantilevers 8ft out over the ground below.
Later on we had a superb French dinner at St Martin’s Wine Bistro.
