Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

Late evening

Back blipping again on Saturday morning

Quite a long drive from the north of Donegal to another AirBnb near Loughrea.  We had three stops.  First for coffee, where we also caught up on house hunting stuff.  Then we were passing Boyle when our stomachs told us was lunch time, and found a lovely little cafe alongside the river.  Quite photogenic, but I  didn't think to take any photos.

We stopped in Tuam to recharge the car.

We easily found the lodgings - a two bedroom flat with a rather basic kitchen area - no freezer compartment in the fridge, so no ice for our gin :(!!!  This morning we found the toaster non-functional, so poached eggs on bread for breakfast, and no washing up liquid.  But the WiFi works, and the host is lovely and VERY chatty!

The only photo I took is of the entrance driveway (typical tarmac) and a bit of the manicured garden.

We're revisiting one of the houses we've seen and liked this evening, but plan some tourist stuff for the late morning and afternoon in and around Loughrea
