Diwrnod olaf - ymweld ag Ynys Bŷr

Diwrnod olaf - ymweld ag Ynys Bŷr ~ Last day - visiting Caldey Island

“Living each day as if it were your last doesn't mean your last day of retirement on a remote island. It means to live fully, authentically and spontaneously with nothing being held back.”
—Jack Canfield

Roeddwn i wedi cael nos anodd eto gyda thwymyn a rhithwelediadau. Roedden ni wedi cynllunio i fynd i Ynys Bŷr am ein diwrnod olaf, ond roeddwn i roeddwn i'n dadlau gyda fy hun os bydda i'n gallu mynd. Yn ffodus gwnes i deimlo'n well yn y bore.

Felly, aethon ni ar y bws i Ddinbych-y-pysgod i ddal cwch i Ynys Bŷr.  Rydyn ni'n hoffi Ynys Bŷr yn fawr iawn. Mae'n hyfryd, naturiol ac yn dawel.  Ar ôl meddwl doedden ni ddim eisiau yn cerdded pell, cerddon ni o gwmpas yr ynys gyfan. Roedd y tywydd yn boeth ac roedden ni'n hapus i ffeindio cysgod o dro i dro.

Yn ogystal â'r amgylchedd naturiol hardd, mae yna hefyd bensaernïaeth wych yr Abaty. Dyma le fel y dylai pob lle fod.

Stopion ni am awr i gael te hufen, ac yn eistedd ac yn ymlacio, cyn mynd ar gwch yn ôl i Ddinbych-y-pysgod

Yn y noswaith aethon ni i Sao Mai Dragon eto, oherwydd bod y bwyd yn wych neithiwr, ac yn wych eto heno.

Rydyn ni i gyd yn wedi blino nawr ac yn dioddef oherwydd ffyrnigrwydd yr haul. Byddan ni'n mynd adre yfory am orffwys a gwella. Rydyn ni angen gwyliau ar ôl ein gwyliau.

I had another difficult night with fever and hallucinations. We had planned to go to Ynys Bŷr for our last day, but I was debating with myself if I will be able to go. Fortunately I felt better in the morning.

So, we went on the bus to Tenby to catch a boat to Caldey Island. We like Caldey Island very much. It is beautiful, natural and quiet. After thinking we didn't want to walk far, we walked around the whole island. The weather was hot and we were happy to find some shade from time to time.

As well as the beautiful natural surroundings, there is also the superb architecture of the Abbey. This is a place as all places should be.

We stopped for an hour for a cream tea, and sat and relaxed, before getting on a boat back to Tenby

In the evening we went to Sao Mai Dragon again, because the food was great last night, and great again tonight.

We are all tired now and suffering from the ferocity of the sun. We will go home tomorrow to rest and recover. We need a holiday after our holiday.
