Up and out

I had to be out early to take Anya to Beaver camp (extra photo)
Max and I had a wander by the river before he had his ‘graduation’ party at nursery (a very American idea but he loved the games and fun with his friends - extra)
Spent the rest of the afternoon trying to plan for Monday’s extreme heatwave. What to do with my class all day, what will we eat for the next few days without having to cook and how to make space in my freezer for 30+ ice lollies and several large bags of ice?!
Just to add to the stress, Max has been non-stop coughing since going to bed, surely not covid in the house again!!
I hope Anya is ok camping tonight, it would be good to get an update from the Beaver leaders but perhaps it’s best not to know :/
