My Commie Camera

This gorgeous little Soviet SLR from the 60's arrived through the post today (£5 off fleabay!) so this is my attempt at recreating the classic portrait of Weegee by Richard Sadler. Click the link and you'll see he's holding the same camera, though mine's a bit cooler being fully cyrillic - a genuine commie classic.

It's absolutely mint condition, though the lens is a bit tarnished, but no fungus. Everything works ok, but the 1/30th s shutter speed is a bit sticky. I'll load some film once I've scanned the geekynet for a manual to learn its quirks. Might even do a bit of Glasgow street photography with it in homage to the big man....
