Meadowland Views

It may have been a Silly Saturday jaunt with the temperatures rising, but I enjoyed my saunter round the Moss Green Lakes, and the paths were mainly shaded by trees growing along the River Blackwater banks.  An ice cream while sitting on a shaded patio overlooking Horseshoe Lake being enjoyed by people of all ages in organised water activities added to the pleasure.

On the way back I passed a small area of meadowland next to one of the other lakes and was delighted to spot damselflies and butterflies enjoying the late afternoon sun.
