Enjoying The Day

The day started with breakfast at the Mariners pub in town for Mrs S and I, great breakfast, great company and I dodged the Sea Sunday rehearsal. A walk through town picking up the bits on our list then the town circular bus home.
An afternoon dodging the direct sunlight, keeping cool and working through my list, all the rest of July’s cards written, stamped and ready for posting.
When it had cooled enough in the evening we set off to give Paddy a decent walk part of his walk was on Gyllyngvase Beach but rather than cool off by paddling or splashing he spent his time eating seaweed!

A BBQ’d steak with salad in the garden was the best meal of the week month.
