Weeping willows

Taken on my jog/walk this evening for widwed, thanks to BobsBlips for hosting. It was still quite warm out, but manageable... and over 15 degrees cooler than yesterday! Completed my July 5K on Strava which I was chuffed about.

Speaking of running, Jake Wightman was amazing in the 1500m. The first British athlete to win the world title since Steve Cram in 1983! It made me quite emotional. He looked so, so happy :-)

Looking forward to the Lionesses tonight. I really hope they progress to the semi-finals.
