My reward for a *fab* run!

It's taking me a while to get back to normal with my running but felt stronger and fitter this evening... much more running again and far less walking today. It was lovely and peaceful in the rain too :-)

Football was fantastic last night. Looking forward to the semi-final next Tuesday now... it seems so long to wait though!

Met Norm for a coffee this morning - it was good to catch up.
