Serpentine

A lovely day spent exploring London. I had an early morning walk through Hyde Park before browsing the shops on Oxford Street.

In the late afternoon, I took a really interesting walk to Kensington High Street to meet a friend for pre theatre drinks at The Ivy. Very glamorous it was too.

The day ended at the Apollo Victoria theatre where we enjoyed a wonderful performance of Wicked helped in part by some very lovely champagne.

I shall gloss over the bit where my other friend remains stuck in Yorkshire due to there still being no trains and the dental crown that broke thanks to a large piece of English liquorice :(
