Cathedral Concert

Spent most of the day in the garden, cutting a lot of lawn, which had needed doing about  10 days ago. Heavy work! However, the warm but not too hot weather was perfect for the job and it felt good to do it, especially when it was done!
I also booked the camper van in for its MOT test tomorrow.  It's recently been serviced and has new tyres so I'm hopeful it will pass without comments.
In the evening we went to the cathedral to see Ulrika Bodén and Daniel Ek play a wonderful program of folk music, including a fair bit of local dialect. Ulrika is holding an autoharp here while Daniel is tuning his guitar.
The audience was an unusual mix of older folks, with a sprinkling of younger people who were mostly Daniel's students. The hair colour of the audience in this picture rather represents that mix!
