Scattered circles

Today I visited one of the old uni mates in hospital. The Lifehouse, a relatively new centre for cancer patients, is architecturally very groovy, with plenty of photo opportunities for an abstract Thursday.

My friend had incredibly complicated surgery on his head and neck and was none the less in good spirits and very chatty. We had a good time. Even though he's going home soon I'll be coming here again as this is where he'll do his radiotherapy.
