Excitement …

….. ….. at seeing this grape hyacinth bud today. Not only does it mean that Spring is round the corner, but also that I’m going to have two pots of grape hyacinths blooming. I’m excited about both.
It’s not the greatest photo, but then the bud is only tiny, about 0.5cm.

Things have been marginally better today. It seems as though I’ve likely picked up a virus.
AND! The sun came out for a while and warmed everything up. It’s been really chilly this week.
I almost feel guilty writing that, knowing how dreadfully hot it is up in the Northern Hemisphere! My son in London is finding the heat awful.
