I got good marks from the Physical Therapist this morning, which seemed to make me lazy for the rest of the day. He assigned a few balance-improving exercises. I have to remember to video them next time; I have no memory for physical sequences, no matter how simple. The dance classes I attempted over the years were always disastrous because I absolutely could not copy the movements unless someone stood right next to me and coached me through, muscle by muscle. Every time. So I'm supposed to do this thing on the bottom step of the staircase: up down, up down but I know Im missing a part. I'll have to wing it til Monday.
