Samphire season

I’ve been very much off the boil with blipping lately, it’s a phase of no inspiration, which will pass eventually.
Anyway Friday night is much enhanced with very nice food. This week it’s fresh Norfolk samphire from our market fish van, briefly sautéed in butter and served with new potatoes from the desert that is my allotment, poached eggs and green beans (not from my allotment…)
So no inspiration visually but it tasted great!
