1645 - Gloomy

Wow, didn't wake up until 8:45am today...  but I did wake up a few times through the night!  Needless to say today has been a slow day...  not helped by the gloomy weather.  We did get a dry dog walk this morning but this afternoon's was short and wet.

Currently have raspberry blondies in the oven...  never made them before and I have substituted the dairy products with vegan alternatives so we will see how they turn out - sometimes I get lucky and they work but other times I need to find a vegan recipe!
