Forgot had go Dol to get prescription. Hot drive.

Took Gyp to another part of lake for a paddle. She also sticks her head under and came out with quite a lot of green stuff stuck all over. She didn't mind so I left it until we got back in car. Probably very cooling.

Sitting exhausted on terrace trying to think of something easy to eat.
