Abstract Thursday ...

... patterns.

I've been looking for an excuse to photograph our many zinnias for Abstract Thursday and today's theme of patterns was perfect.

Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this great challenge each week. 

We are in the midst of a 5-6 day heat wave ... much like the rest of the world.  Todays' high was 93° F but with a 'real feel' of 97° F!  And this is one of the 'cooler' days of this heat wave.  Sunday is supposed to hit record highs.  It'll be a good day to catch up on this journal ... especially my vacation pictures from May!  Stay tuned ...
