Cheesy

Our local goat's cheese producer has a new product: goat "camembert". He and his wife haven't been making cheese long -- only about five years -- but they started winning awards very quickly. They make conventional fresh goat's cheese, but also these more mature varieties. We tried this one for the first time this evening. We only bought it on Wednesday, but it's already oozing nicely. And look at that ripply rind. Verdict: delicious! Although it doesn't taste a bit like Camembert :)

The weather for the weekend doesn't look good :( It's raining chez Tickytocky on one side of us, and chez chaiselongue on the other -- I think it's going to arrive here overnight! So far, only grey clouds.
