Help!

In July 2019 I rescued a flesh fly from the burdock. In July 2020 I disentangled a drone fly and in July 2021 I freed a honey bee. Today I spotted a wasp struggling. I couldn't see which part of its body was trapped in the hooks. I teased at the plant with a twig and eventually the wasp flew free. The Velcro hooks on this plant are for seed dispersal not for trapping insects. Sometimes birds become entangled.

I've added an image of a female speckled bush cricket on mint to extras.
