Measuring the proximity of the bowls.

Severalls Bowling Green in Crewkerne was a surprise find today.  I had taken Mrs B to a hairdresser appointment so had to entertain myself for an hour or so (we're still waiting for her car to be equipped with the requisite chips in Leipzig).  I found this bowling green and stopped for a blip.

It's an interesting sport/game, but not one that I could see myself joining.
