Day of Falls

Today we spent some time in the small town of L’Anse, Michigan. Our little adventure began when we noticed a small sign that said Falls River Waterfalls 100 Feet. It pointed to a narrow path that lead us to a shallow river with many small falls. This experience inspired us to find another nearby place called Bond Falls Scenic Area. Bond Falls is a 50 foot (15m) tall waterfall on the Ontonagan River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. We also visited Agate Falls further down the same river, but the view of the water was obscured by trees, so I could not photograph it. I included an image of Bond Falls, and the trail leading to Agate Falls in the extras.
