Pysgodyn enfys blastig ~ Plastic rainbow fish

“Any entertainment that aspires to art should not work with the audience like an advertisement. Trying to please the audience lowers the level of sophistication constantly. That’s what’s wrong with the American marketing system. When you try to always please the audience you have to produce more and more automatic things, more and more plastic, so people don’t even have to walk out of their rooms to make things work. They just press a button and they get entertained.”

Rydw i'n meddwl bod ein bywydau ac ein hiechyd yn dechrau teimlo yn fwy fel normal. Diolch i chi am eich dymuniadau da.

Aethon ni i'r pentref heddiw i wneud tipyn bach o siopa. Ymwelon ni â 'Iechyd Da' am y rhan fwyaf o bethau ac yna aethon ni i siop goffi am baned a chacen. Normal iawn.

Mae pysgodyn enfys blastig yn ffenestr 'Iechyd da' (https://www.instagram.com/iechyd_da_cf14/), maen nhw'n dweud:

"Dewch i ni warchod ein moroedd. Os wnawn ni gyd gamau bychain i leihau ein gwastraff plastig yna , gyda’n gilydd fe wnawn ni newid mawr."

Cafod y pysgodyn ei wneud (yn defnyddio topiau poteli plastig) gan Martine Brown (https://www.instagram.com/smallbigthingscdf/)

Rydyn ni'n gweithio pob oriau ar y llyfr newydd. Rydyn ni'n gobeithio i'w gorffen yn fuan. Efallai byddan ni'n stopio gweithio am fis Awst, ac yn gweithio yn lle yn yr ardd.

Mae cangen newydd o 'Dominos' wedi cael ei agor yn y pentref. Felly roedd Daniel a fi wedi cael y pleser o gerdded i'r pentref i brynu pitsa ac yn cario nhw adre. Nid yw'n cymryd llawer i'n cadw ni'n hapus.

I think our lives and our health are starting to feel more like normal. Thank you for your good wishes.

We went to the village today to do a little shopping. We visited 'Iechyd Da' for most things and then we went to a coffee shop for a cup of tea and cake. Very normal.

There is a plastic rainbow fish in the 'Iechyd da' window (https://www.instagram.com/iechyd_da_cf14/), they say

"Let’s keep plastics out of our oceans. If we all make small steps to reduce our plastic waste then together we can make a huge difference."

The fish was made (using plastic bottle tops) by Martine Brown (https://www.instagram.com/smallbigthingscdf/)

We are working around the clock on the new book. We are hoping to finish it soon. Maybe we'll stop working for the month of August, and work in the garden instead.

A new branch of 'Dominos' has been opened in the village. So Daniel and I had the pleasure of walking to the village to buy pizzas and carry them home. It doesn't take much to keep us happy.
