I've spent two hours trying to get my Roku powered Nowtv stick to work. The batteries are new, I've done a reset, a factory reset, tried and failed to pair it but nothing's worked. 

I've done the online chat thing where I was advised to do everything I'd already done, then they concluded that I needed a new remote. I couldn't find a remote of the right sort online, I'm not sure why, but I can see I'm going to have to actually go to a shop!

I've tried downloading an app so that I can use my phone as the remote, but it said my Nowtv account doesn't exist. It does! HELP!
