Rose....

Sat here with a fan trained on my face as I'm just so hot!! The head cold I have, mixed with overdoing things last week has wiped me out today so I'm being a good girl and having a day of doing nothing... despite the temptation to do a few bits round the house!  So I'm listening to an audiobook, taking every herbal pill in the house for cold remedies and reliving the party atmosphere from the football last night via social media and tv!

Still no rain for the garden, and looked on enviously last night over to the Thames Estuary and Kent beyond to see rain falling..... why couldn't it shift over  a bit just to my garden!!  Still this rose seems to be doing ok!
