New Preserving Pan

I christened my new preserving pan today, making strawberry jam from the strawberries I bought on the market yesterday at a fraction of supermarket prices.  They were a little riper than ideal, which is pobably why I had to boil the jam for rather longer than expected to get it to set, but the finished product looks good. I look forward to trying it tomorrow.
