Neighbor Kitty Checking Things Out

I believe this is Oleg who lives in one of the neighboring apartment buildings.  And I also think I've been told that Oleg is a lady kitty but I don't know why she has a name like Oleg.  Anyway, she's quite timid and doesn't venture out on the grounds often.  She looks a lot like the Handsome Neighbor Buddy but when you see them together it's easy to tell them apart.  Buddy, by the way, was seen in the courtyard today chasing an interloper offsite, so I'm assuming the dismal status of his health was much exaggerated.  He looked pretty good to me so I hope he's better.
