Fell Foot

It was raining when I got to the lake at 7:30 this morning for an early swim. A quick rainbow shot, swim a mile then breakfast. That's my day's exercise sorted.  Water 19°C ish - it was a bit chilly after I'd been in for an hour. The sun came out for the swim, glorious.
