Friday night Catan and curry (again)

Here's our Friday night curry cooking nicely in our (relatively) new oven. I served it after round 1 of Catan (won by Mr hazelh). In the next break - after round 2 of Catan (also won by Mr hazelh) - we enjoyed individual éclairs supplied by Jon. Then at the end of round 3 (won by Mr hazelh again) we all shared a bonus raspberry éclair.

Next week Jon will be obliged to win every game.

This fun evening was preceded by a day of work on conference prep, and reviewing two draft PhD thesis chapters for Rachel. We also joined in 'Friendly Friday' in our shared garden with our neighbours again, and I completed another short run.

Exercise today: running (2 miles).
