Put out to pasture

We went mushrooming this morning and have more than we can cope with - I've frozen some for casseroles and the like.

This old truck is in our friends/neighbours property and thought it time I blipped it. As its an old timer I have given it plenty of the "old" treatment. In actual fact, the truck is a lovely blue and another day I'll show the colour and more of a close up.

What a beaut day this has been, so hot for a good part of the day, every door and window was opened to encourage some air to flow through. We even aborted a walk as it was too hot!! We should be out walking now, but The Crusaders (Canterbury, of which we are part) are playing The Rebels (Melbourne) Half time and we are winning.

I am over whelmed with the response to yesterdays autumnal shot, wonderful comments, lots & lots of stars and hearts. Thank you all so very much *big grins*
In comparison, todays mono is very gloomy. But heck, variety is the spice of life.....or so they say.
