Tattered

Another victim of distress...maybe the wind yesterday evening or some other thing that has ripped away part of its wing.   It is able to flutter around and eventually flew off which I was glad to see.

I got a 3 mile walk in early this morning.  Soaking wet and hot when I got back home so I don't know if I will do the 3 miles again any time soon.  Started out feeling comfortable but then the sun started coming over the tree tops and it was like someone had flipped the heat on.   

Trying to get back to those North Carolina Mountains soon!!   Elderberries are getting ripe and will be ready for picking to make elderberry jam.     

I just want to go to the mountains.
