Egg Laying

We sat in the back garden having our lunch and noticed a large white butterfly exploring the nasturtiums. Further investigations revealed the butterfly egg laying on the underside of the leaf, so I took a photo or three.

I have agreed to help out on a webinar which two of us will be giving in early September, so needed some images. That meant two trips today, the morning to Broadheath near Altrincham, the afternoon to Castle Irwell in Salford. The two SUDs I looked at were excellent examples, and I got plenty of steps in. And lots of photos to choose from. J had a good trip to the hospital in the morning too, so all good.
