That's the only way to save our croci from the roe deer. :-)

We had a lovely day at the allotment, continuing the spring clean and planting some new perennials. Weather was sunny and temperatures around +12°C, but it was rather windy.

We had a visit by the Hawfinch, and also saw a raven flying over the allotment. The Willow-warbler and the female of the Pied Flycatcher had arrived.
