Back to the reservoir

Another hot night with little sleep but at least it meant I was able to take Phin out before it got too hot!

We took him up to the reservoir again but it was even busier than Tuesday and we realised when we got there that we’d neglected to bring a lead. We improvised with a hi vis jacket we had in the car but it wasn’t the most effective! There were rather too many people out on the water and camping in the trees (we hope responsibly as there’s a sign up suggesting otherwise) to let him loose.

I sat in the garden for a while this afternoon and am loving being able to wear shorts and a tee shirt but it’s been a sweaty old day and I was glad to come in and try to crochet.
