I think the birds don’t know

That they are supposed to be afraid of the Scare Tape. I saw hubby put some around by the grape vine.  He said many of the grapes were already gone. He kept saying he was going to get netting.  I came home and was watching a bird go a few inches to the right of the tape, pick up a grape that fell on the ground and fly away. He didn’t seem scared to me! 
I went outside to find tonight’s super moon, but I couldn’t see it.
