White cliffs of Dover?

"You have a very relaxed form of travel," I said.
"I only got it yesterday. It's marvellous."

"You need to go back that way," I said. (It's an old joke from the Beatles film Help!)
I have a pesky infection which started in my ear and has now caused swollen glands. It won't go away. I've thrown in the towel and am seeing a doctor on Monday.
