Parched

My pal had the genius idea of going to the Arts Picturehouse in Cambridge today to see the NT Live encore showing of Prima Facie starring the remarkably talented Jodie Comer and, coincidentally, wallowing in the aircon. From the car park we crunched across Parker’s Piece, looking over at the funfair with almost no customers, eagerly anticipating the play,
which was devastatingly brilliant. Unlike the air con which was rubbish :)))
It seems that today will be end of the heatwave and we can all heave a sigh of relief for a while.
