Outside

I only managed to do about half my activity rings today. I didn’t even manage to tick off 12 hours with some element of standing. Such is the life of staying at home while testing positive for COVID. The weather was quite lovely this afternoon so we sat outside in the garden. For the first time this year we took the cover off the swing seat and I got to have a relax in the sunshine.  It was lovely to sit outside with some lunch and watch some YouTube and it was great to be able to sit in the swing while the sun went over the top of the house.  Unfortunately, PY was using some of the enforced period at home to work so he didn’t spent the whole afternoon outside but at least we used the garden for a little while.

We had tickets to go and see another performance of The Crazy Coqs Presents. This time it was the very best songs from the Alan Menken (he wrote songs in such musicals as Sister Act and Little Shop Of Horrors) but, sadly, it was another causality of our enforced isolation.
