Front View 17.25pm

I accompanied my daughter to an appointment today and it was slightly cooler out 29c but the saving grace was the warm breeze blowing. Inside my flat it is still 30c and no breeze. We called in at a few shops as there were certain things we needed to get. I forgot to take a picture with all the buses and tubes and walking.
My step count has gone up dramatically in the last two months for which I am really delighted as I have been doing lots of different exercises since Christmas to strengthen muscles etc in my leg and hip.

I have to say I am very disappointed that we had NO RAIN today after all the fuss and my app saying lots of rain.
