Great Crested Grebe (again!)

At the risk of being boring I've blipped another photo of a great crested grebe today, they are just such beautiful birds that I can't resist.  The extra is the same fella from the front, with his (her?) iconic Hitchcockian jowls, in stark contrast to the snazzy haircut.
