Woke up this morning feeling refreshed for the first time in many weeks. My sleep was fairly good as usual; perhaps the few days taking magnesium sulphate is helping.

Felt really good walking at a reasonable pace yesterday and stretched to nearly 5 miles today, as I was enjoying it so much. My swim can wait for another day.

Enzo was on the lead, due to too many attractive smells and creatures; rabbits, a mutjac deer, a buzzard to name a few.
