A dreich old day so after a spin along to Port Edgar (the stack pack is ready for uplift!) we decided to nestle in and watch a matinee - Thirteen Lives. A bit of a clunky script with everyone explaining everything in case the acting wasn't enough. But stunning enough when it comes to the scenes in the cave. Nutcases. Stay out of caves I say. Leave them to bats.  
What else is up? Salman Rushdie thankfully seems to be recovering from an attempted assassination and over here the big news is that Jerry Sadowitz has been cancelled, as they say, for coming on, well, a bit Jerry Sadowitz. "We will not associate with content which attacks people's dignity” the Pleasance intoned. Good luck with policing that, you utter morons. Haw!
