Loch Aline

Off down the sound we went. Both sails to starboard, then goosewinging. A fine day for it. All the way down to Loch Aline, though arriving on the ebb, water was fairly flowing out the channel. Half way through, at the narrowest part, the revs suddenly fell away. I banged it to neutral, and after a heart stopping few moments it recovered and surged, before we engaged gear again and we continued. Gulp. Fuel block? Seaweed?
Anyway, ashore we went, showing MrW the sights - the quartz sand mines! The boat graveyard. The mobile cinema (Peter Rabbit 2) and finally the Social Club where we could join for a quid but had to sit in the deserted non-members lounge. Unless we wanted to watch the football in which case we could go to the members lounge. So we did. And blimey, Spurs won. Harry is free to go. For a small sum.
