Looks like autumn

The leaves seem to be falling extra early this year.  All that warm weather has made them give up early!

After the rain of yesterday it was warm again today and I had to head inside at lunchtime after feeling rather sun blasted when I tried sitting outside.  Whilst outside I was joined by some magpies and this one (extra) was particularly keen to share my lunch.  It particularly liked the blueberries I sent its way.  Each time it finished one, it wiped its beak side to side on the flagstones. Maybe a bit of regular grooming after eating is regular magpie behaviour.  

It was a busy day as I got stuck in to prep for the start of term which is going to be upon on very soon.
