What a difference a day makes!

Last night when we went to bed Pebbz was still in her travel carrier. But she had been drinking the small amounts of fluid every hour, provided by the vet. I got up at 4.00am and she was still in the carrier but this time she had a tiny amount of expensive cat food especially for the older cat!

By the time Jack got up at 8.00am she was ready for another small meal and the fluid. Now she just wants to be on her chair beside Jack. She has had about 4 more small meals with the fluid and has slept the rest of the time. There has been no other sign of sickness. She doesnt want to leave Jack's room but Im sure by tomorrow she will be ready to get back to normal cat life!

Thank you for all your kind messages to us yesterday. Jack and I really appreciated them. Oh and we cancelled the emergency vet appointment made yesterday! She seems to be making steady progress to good health. Just look at that tail!
