Church place, with seagull

And the seagulls? they were shrieking and wheeling above the car park, out of shot to the right. Why?
because an elderly Mary Poppins-type figure was feeding them something (bread?) from a plastic bag, tossing it high and wide. I didn't think we were supposed to feed seagulls?
